Servo electric press brake’s energy consumption related to load power, it costs more during bending, but during ram running and stopping, it costs less than hydraulic press brake. 100Ton press brake working 8hours, servo electric press brake costs about 12kW.h/d, hydraulic press brake costs about 60kW.h/d, so servo electric press brake is about 80% energy saved.

No hydraulic oil, no more hydraulic oil waste.

3. Fast and stable

6+1 axis driven by servo motors, Y1,Y2, X,R, Z1,Z2,W controlled by CNC system, which is fast and accuracy. The ram approaching and returning speed is 200mm/s, pressing speed is 20mm/s, which is about 2times of normal hydraulic press brake.

4. Better bending angle

The Y1,Y2 are driven by servo motors through large lead rolling ball screws, positioning accuracy is higher than hydraulic system.

5. Less maintenance

The servo electric press brake needs just lubrication, no hydraulic system cleaning, oil changing etc. Maintenance, which can save the cost of maintenance.
